Sheepcote is a 5,000m2 isolated woodland on the south side of Brenkley. Park in a lane near the farmer's gate, cross the road, and follow a footpath marked by an old green metal sign pointing to Gardeners Houses Farm and Dinnington. Accessible from the lane on foot, up a long, hidden avenue of trees, this is a wild, idyllic, overgrown area of grass where orchids grow, bushes, and hidden woodland. Lots of fucking in the summer months. Plenty of space for everyone. Walk up the avenue of trees to the top, exploring paths off to the left and right. The path opens out at a wooden style at the top and again, turn either left or right for the main sunbathing/cruising spots in the long grass and bushes. Best coverage from May onwards throughout the summer months when lots of naked sunbathing and cruising in the high grass and you cannot be seen by anyone. No houses nearby. Parking is across the road from the entrance to the avenue of trees. There is enough room for about five cars (but don't obstruct the metal gate). Path behind here which leads through a field to the cruising. From Newcastle upon Tyne city centre, its 10 miles which takes 20 minutes. Take the A1 to Junction 80 Seaton Burn, then at the large roundabout head towards the services but pass them, pass the Holiday Inn on your right, and keep going until you see a sign on the left for Brenkley. Turn left, and go past the Seven Mile Equine Fitness & Rehabilitation Centre on your left. You are now on Brenkley Lane, keep driving until the farms peter out. You will pass the 2nd parking space on your left, but keep going to check if there is parking free immediately opposite the woods. The woods and parking are half a mile after Brenkley stables, parking on the right by a metal gate, green metal footpath market on the left, and woods. Ryhope Dene
troian37The woods and bushes on the clifftop at Ryhope Dene, 4 miles south of Sunderland, are good. There is a sex den in the bushes which sees a lot of action. Once at Ryhope Dene, head for the sea and follow the paths down into the bushes. M/F couples but mostly gay. Always someone around even when no cars are in the layby. Highly recommended spot at any time of the year. Sex den is a 5 min walk from the car park, towards the sea, and turn down a slope towards the cliff, and right into a hole in the hedge and follow overgrown path and then turn right after about 15 seconds. Large clearing with bamboo and lingerie hanging up.
Cross Lane woods, Dunston, Northumberland
troian37Huge secluded wooded area, very popular (July 2022) with gay guys. Lots of fucking in the bushes plus two Fuck Chairs. The layby is where Cross Lane meets Wellington Road in Dunston, Gateshead, 2 miles from Newcastle city centre. The layby is only for parking, no sexual activity happens in the actual layby. There's enough room for 10 cars. Alternatively, you can park just around the corner in front of The Fed building on Lancaster Road (60 seconds walk away). To reach the cruising area, from the layby where Cross Lane and Wellington Road meet, you'll see boulders at the back. Walk past these and 20 seconds on your right, you'll see a bank of earth in the bushes and someone has tied a pink flag to a tree. This marks the entrance to the woods. You go up that slope and are immediately in a long tunnel of trees and cannot be seen by the outside world. This opens out onto a long path stretching over 200 metres. The area is completely fenced off and secluded, with paths running in all directions into the woods and bushes which is where the cruising takes place. Naked sunbathing behind the mound at the top. Sex dens at the far end. Woods off to the left with sex dens. Woods off to the right with lots of paths. Two Fuck Chairs. It's free and there are 10,000 spaces. From Marks and Spencers in St Michaels Way, cross the road and follow the quiet lane round the back, you can sneak into the woods unobserved. The place is 95% gay cruising, but there are some male/female couples that also go. Great at any time of the year and active from mornings onwards right through until dusk. Go up the slope through the bushes onto a hidden path which runs straight for over 200 metres. Explore either side of path a vast area of woods and bushes and hundreds of tracks. The place is completely hidden and only used by guys and doggers looking to fuck; some guys cruise naked or in underwear, have seen a dogging couple with the girl wearing a dominatrix outfit. Lots of areas for naked sunbathing. The land is overgrown and vast, fenced in with no other entrances. Busy mornings, afternoons and early evenings, at all times of the year. The ever-popular Mandela Way is only 10 minutes away by foot via Handy Drive or by car via St Omer's Road. There is only one way in: the slope into the trees marked by the pink flag at GPS: 54.954696, -1.659902 Once up the slope, you are surrounded by wilderness. Historically, the land was earmarked for development in the 1990s but the project was not approved, so the whole area has been abandoned and is not used by anyone. Its secluded nature means this is a wild cruising zone. Any form of sexual activity is strictly prohibited by the main road and on the track but once inside the bushes and on the 200-metre path, you can fuck. Too much sex litter. Mandela Way woods nr Metrocentre train station

Coming from Metrocentre station, as Mandela Road bends, there is a grass bank with a path, go through here onto the runway past the tyres and explore the woods. Completely secluded and hidden away. Lots of fucking in the woods in the afternoons. Sometimes busy, sometimes quiet. Less than 60 seconds walk from the layby parking on Mandela Way. Afternoons, evenings, all days of the week. Park in the layby next to the abandoned motorhome or at any of the spots along Mandela Way. Leave the car and walk north along Mandela Way for 60 seconds (away from the Metrocentre but towards Costco). At the point the road bends to the right, there's a grass bank with a well-worn path on the left (GPS: 54.961444, -1.663782). Take that path and you are now on the runway with the woods and bushes stretching as far as the eye can see. At the far end of the runway, there is a wild grassy spot where you could strip off. Anything goes. You can't be seen in the bushes and woods. But as always, be discreet and respectful. The area is rarely used by anyone other than guys looking to fuck. This area is completely wild and overgrown, consequently there is some broken glass, burnt tyres and rubbish. However, the area is safe and growing in popularity now that the Arena has been demolished.
