Great wooded carpark about a mile north of Coldstream. Pass the Kelso junction at Fireburnmill and as the trees appear at the roadside on right, there is a small carpark just before you start going up the hill. Quiet and offers lots of great hidden wooded spots

On B road from Galashiels to Lauder, at crossroads head for Stow, short distance up road, carpark on right, good for Gay's & Straight, Day / Night time fun, watch out for dog walkers / School trips / and the last Sunday of the Month, in which events are held.
There is a little dead-end back road (turn right off Edderston Road on the way out of Peebles) that used to lead all the way to Manor Bridge. The bridge is blocked off now so the road over Manor Sware is a dead end. The two car parks at the top of the hill are often busy in the evenings and after dark with couples and single guys joining in. One car park faces Peebles and the other faces the Manor Valley. Excellent panoramic views to take in while getting sucked off by a Borders slut.
As you head out of kelso heading for sprouston, the places sugested after the new bridge are a waist of time.after the stone tunnel there is no where to park.i didnt see anyone, after an hour
Deepsyke Woods on the back road between west linton and penicuik just after the turn to carlops. layby on the right.
