Changing to firefox does normally cure most browser issues......
If its an anti virus/spyware prob I would advise buying one....I never used to.....but then I never used to do online banking.....these days 25 quid a year for a decent anti virus/spyware program is money well spent....however if you dont do online banking then there are several free versions....namely avast and several good free spyware programs....see "computeractive" website for genuine liks to the free programs....

Before you do anything I suggest you plug a usb keybaord in and try that......if this works then chances are you need a new keyboard.....have changed a few of these for people....new ones are normally around the 25 quid mark.....

All my contacts etc are still there.... but they all appear to be off line. I appear off line to everyone too. If i ask them to use my new email address and add me as a contact then I appear to them ok.

I used dreamweaver last time I did one....want to do another one now when i get the time...all isps give you web space but unfortunately the web addy is rubbish unless you rent a name for yourself. Wasnt that expensive last tiem i did a site but that was 5 years ago i should think or maybe more......

i dont mind whether men are shaved or not but not keen on masses of hair on them

Next make sure your java is upto date....
Facebook seems littered with problems to me and I only rarely go on it....
May be due to the massive amount or folks usin it?? not sure really....

The last 3 laptops i have had for repair have all been dead motherboards.....such a waste.....as no one wants to buy a new motherboard for a laptop at 150 quid.....still i normally get to keep all the bits as spares once i have salvaged all their data for them

Can i suggest the manufacturers website. There will be a help and support bit. There is normally (with the better manufacturers!) a bit where you can enter your model number or serial number. That should then give you all you need to know re the recovery discs. Although usually the pc should just boot from them.
