Actually I don't think it is 'cheesy' in the slightest - lots of people do it and get plenty of 'welcomes' in return. Just because it was not my way of making an entrance, I would not degrade it as a method for dipping ones toes if it suites other people.

It's not only new members who will not post in the various places available to them upon reading the contents of certain topics. It only needs one or two "sarcastic" comments directed at a particular posting or poster from other users which lets be honest is hardly infrequent on here? Best never to burn your bridges. I'm a firm believer that if an arranged meet does materialize then fun, friendship and mutual respect should prevail throughout. The sex side being a bonus. I agree with you totally on this one Tracey. Swinging to me is perfectly natural and by all accounts has been going on since the word dot. Trouble these days is swinging like most other things has become over commercialised by certain clubs and event organisers.
