An update

A few years ago I had my prostate removed due to cancer. This has left me with a difficulty in maintaining a hardon, arousal incontinence and climacturia. Watersports is now the order of the day. With Alprostadil and a few cups of coffee the results are spectacular.

Also prescribed testosterone replacement, so horny as hell.
