First I do have small Moobs but how to emphasise the shape required for your bra.

Let’s talk first about bra sizing. If you have access to female underwear, all you need is to borrow a bra, I do mean borrow. Wrap it around your back with the fastening at the front under your own boobs. If the hooks don’t meet. Measure the gap. If they overlap. Measure from the first hook at its tightest, check the bras own labels and add or subtract the measurements. At this time cup size is unimportant. You now have the body size. For example if you try a 38 and it’s short 2 inches or more add 2 inches for a 40. Replace the borrowed bra, a hint is, use one that is in the laundry hamper, it’s less likely to be noticed it’s been moved. If you don’t have access use a cotton type tape measure around your chest under your boobs, this measure is the size, cup size depends on your build, remember the bigger the cup the more you will be noticed if going out dressed. Buy a bra from a supermarket self checkout Asda, Primark etc. Other shops are available, M&S will do a bra measuring service for you, and suggest a cup size. Possibly B or C cup is the most common, the cheapest to start. At home fit the bra. You might need to fasten it at the front then swivel it round before slipping your arms through the straps. You now have two empty cups that need filling. This is how I emphasise my boobs, I prefer round pudding rice for a filler, bird seed is a possibility, it can be a bit scratchy. Buy a pair of knee high stockings. Weigh two equal amounts of the rice. Pour one amount into one stocking and form a ball in the toe. Tie a knot close to the rice to hold the ball shape, turn stocking inside out and twist two or 3 times then turn inside out, you should now have 3 layers. Repeat this process for at least five layers and finally knot over the first knot. This forms a nipple effect. Repeat this for second stocking and rice. You should finish with two shapes to fit into your new bra, if you don’t want your nipples to show arrange your filler knots inwards. They should look great under a t-shirt of figure hugging top. Just remember the bigger you make them, the more likely you are to get noticed. Great for dogging, but not shopping . 💋 Good luck 👙
