Just before Xmas me and husband where out in Lytham for drinks and food, the meal was great the waiter was a handsome tall guy, attentive, smiley, very chatty, edging towards flirty (with me) and seemed to be intentionally catching my eye a lot, then as Husband finished paying the bill at the table handsome waiter guy turned to me gave my bicep a slow squeeze, winked / smiled at me and walked off.

Immediately me and Husband did a double take, looked at each other and went wtf! And then laughed our head’s off, husband said ‘well he obviously fancies you’ Husband went off to the toilet and waiter guy came back over. ‘Sorry about that’ he said, ‘but I think I recognise you’. A bit non-plussed I said, ‘I’m sorry I’ve no clue?’ He then said ‘I think we chatted on a ….. website…..’ with a knowing smile.

I was a bit lost for a reply, but understood exactly what he meant, I just went pink and laughed, eventually I just went with ‘maybe we did’ with a little giggle/shrug

Hubby came back, looked at us both a bit quizzical, and asked if everything was OK, I assured him it was, we got our coats and headed for the door, I did turn back and give hot waiter guy a ‘demure’ smile before we left.

In the next bar I told hubby I thought I had just been recognised from SH, we had a bit of back and forth but eventually decided that was kind of hot, and after that it was a standing joke, Husband would squeeze my arm and give me a dramatic wink and laugh.

So I was in SH chat on New Years Eve (I do chat a lot late at night when husband in bed) and a local guy messaged me asking if I was in S**** restaurant on that night, and would I like to chat and see what happens

I’ve still not replied, very tempted as he was handsome and he looks like he has the right ‘dimensions’ It has been quite a while since I had a meet or a hook-up, so he might very well be my first of ‘24
