We are neighbours since I recently moved in to the semi-detached next door to you in a more rural setting in our town. We did pop around to meet you on arrival last year and are on friendly first name terms. There are high hedges around our joint property and a 6 foot fence separating our houses, so we do enjoy privacy in our gardens at ground level. It is easy to look in to each others gardens from upstairs where we also have a desirable landscape view to behold.
