I'm having issues with my camera

Most webcam issues can be fixed by changing the following settings. Firstly look on the top right of the chat room and select the settings icon as seen below.

Once settings have been opened select camera format from the drop down list and click close to save the settings.

• For Android devices you will normally need to select WebRTC
• For iOS devices select HLS
• For any other users select Automatic

Please note: We detect the device you are using so will only give you the options available to you as some devices no longer support Flash. You can keep trying the different formats listed until you find the one that works best with your configuration.

IMPORTANT: For changes to take effect you need to refresh, or close and re-join the chat room each time you adjust your settings.
