Not sure if this is the right place to post this.
1. If your passed the ownership of a room is there guidelines on being a room owner?
2. If a user is being offensive to cammers, should you warn them that their behaviour is not acceptable- say a 3 warning rule by whisper or can you kick them and report them to the ADMIN team?
Thanks.

Opening rooms
No room names are to contain references to any activity that alludes to , or escort / paid sex interests.
You must not kick anyone unless a site rule is broken.
If you do not want people “Directing” then open a room with “No Directing” in the title.
You cannot kick someone from a room due to the colour of their skin, their geographical location, sexual orientation, their membership status or if they are not on cam. If, for example, you want a room for Couples only, you should make this a Private room with a password, so that entry is by invite only.
Thanks Ian,
I'm seeking clarity here, not a definition of the AUP Rules.

May I ask if there is a specific experience you have that will then have any comment applied to it, or is this question seeking answers for 'future' knowledge
Ian,
A user enters the chat and begins spurring the 3 cammers...
Does that justify a ' kicking ' and reporting.
Thanks,
Paddy.
You should warn them in the room first and what rule it is they are breaking within the chatroom rules and AUP. Genuinely some havent read the rules and need to be pointed to them and in particular with regard to which rule they have broken and that you will remove them from the room should they continue.
Failing this, and if they continue in the same vain then its a case of kicking them from the room.
Hope this helps wink

Thank you to both Mods for the guidance.

When hosting I have a couple of stamdard copy and paste messages, depending on the circumstances, both of which contain
please note that .............. as per the Chatroom T&Cs http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/chatroom/user-rules.html
banghead :fuckinghell:
Those who can’t abide by these SH Chat room rules will get the boot whip

where the .............. details the issue, and you also provide them with the link that they can also go and check for themselves.
Different room hosts do things differently, however education usually better than punishment (unless they like that sort of thing wink ) usually works
Stamdard?
I don't host rooms, but thanks for input
