ACCESSING THE CHATROOMS

No matter how many times I try I can't download flash from the macromedia site and therefore can't access the chatroom. I'd be grateful for any advice on how I can download flash. I get no error message to tell me why it won't work.

Help, Im getting frustrated in more ways that one. Cant seem to open the new chatroom even after checking that I have up to date flash player, disabling "Onspeed" and pop up blockers - Im using windows XP home and Internet explorer
