beta room problems

have been in the beta chatroom and clicked on a cam which was ok but no vid then i clicked on another cam and got macromedia error followed by ie shutdown. trying to log back in after restart and it says im already in. can someone log me off from the ops staff please mad

I have attempted something but I can't promise you it will work.
If it doesn't, you will need a nice admin techy bloke to come sort you out.
Can you post how you get on when you try looging in to chat again please confused

Cams have been disabled in beta chat for some time, as the software is in test (hence the beta 2 in chat title) and it is hosted on a lower spec server than it will be when fully released.
As it says in the chat room portal

The all new chatroom is here! It is still in beta mode, and will be here and gone for the next few weeks while it is improved. The old chatrooms are still available on the right, and will continue to be for a short while. In the meantime, feel free to use this one and let us know what you think!

functionality, and indeed the whole beta chat, will be on and off as adjustments are made and bugs ironed out.
