Block to stop msg's and instant chat.

Could someone tell me how to please, and before anyone says its already in the threads, i'm not about to troll 100's of them just to get the answer.

To block mail messages:-
My settings:: > Privacy > Mail Settings > (block Couples / Males / Females)
To block Instant Messanger:-
My settings:: > Privacy > Messenger > Show IM Status = Off
To block (all) Chatroom Whispers:-
Chat room > Spanner Icon > Whisper Privacy = Off
To block (specific user) Whispering:-
Click on user name in Chatroom list > Click ‘X’ button > Yes
To unblock a user from whispering you:-
My Settings:: > Chatroom > Select Username > Delete
