That's what I meant ........... but I couldnt remember what it was called and I knew if I said is it plugged into the DVD or VHS or TBA (or any other 3 letter abreviation) it would be wrong, so I said thingie! :giggle:

Have you clicked the thingy to check that you cam is allowed in the settings in the little cam box thingy of the chatroom?
Have you used it on msn or other places before trying it on chat? and does it work there?
