When opening my cam in a chatroom, it always appears zoomed in from the start.
I had this problem ages ago, and Im sure I installed an older version of Adobe Flash ?
Ive just tried one older but it made no difference.
Im using IE 8 , adobe flash version 14 Windows 7
Any help appreciated .

I can zoom in even further with the camera, but the opening shot is far too zoomed in.
I will just have to try installing older versions of flash player to see if that helps.
Sounds like you're just too close but that's the problem if you're using the keyboard on your laptop. Get a wireless keyboard, Logitech do a great one that comes with a mouse and you can get it for £20. You can then sit back and have fun.....

ive seen this problem too in the past, can not be sure if its the problem with flash or the cam drivers as it suddenly after a few days resolves itself.
If you are using Chrome you could try disabling Pepperflash (google it)
