cam problems

Hi guys I hope you can help me, I cant seem to look at cams anymore, I have downloaded the new flash player 10.1.
But still cant see the cams, but some times I can only see sum cams but never all?. I am doing anything wrong?
Hope you guys can help me.

have you tried raising a Support Ticket ?

Just include details as to
- which operating system, e.g. Windows XP, Vista, etc.
- which browser, e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer
We know that Elliot and L33 (SH support) have been quite successful in working through individual camera issues with people directly and getting them resolved.

Hi there, yes I have Windows XP, and I am on AOL, have just checked to see if I can see cams, but I as of yet I cant.
I have done a de-frag and a disc clean and got rid of all cookies but still cant seem to view cams.
I hope you can help me banghead

- which operating system, e.g. Windows XP (which Service Pack version ?)
- which AOL version ?
- which browser ?, e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.
from other responses by Elliot and L33, we know that the SH Admin/Support team have a high success rate in sorting this type of issue

Is it possible for you to upgrade to the latest version of the AOL browser? I believe that the cameras work fine in version 9.5.

Just to let you guys know, I have downloaded AOL 9.1 and the cams seem to be working now, thanks for all your help. Big kiss to you all
