ok done as suggested looked through 61 pages and no answers 2 our problem tried turning off all anti virus/pop up etc re downloaded macromedia player and still cant suss it any suggestions ? mad
To your previous post
Every time we try to use our cam its a logitech we get a message saying internet explorer has encountered a problem with an add on and needs to close ...add on name flash company name adobe systems incorp description adobe flashplaer 9 ...please help it shuts the whole site down grrrrrrrr

What i would suggest is this...
Firstly because spyware can install browser add on's that conflict with the more legit browser add on's i would download install and run both "Spybot - Search & Destroy" and "Ad-Aware" ( find them on ) and check you don't have any of this trash installed ( it can come from installing all sorts of free programs on the net like free screen savers, Kazaa and so on.
Also i have found a couple of tool bars ( them ones that sit at the top of your browser that offer pop up blockers and so on ) can also cause conflicts so it might be an idea to uninstall any of them temporarily till you find where the problem is
Then if you still have the problems click "start button" then then "settings" then "control panel" find the "add remove programs" shortcut and click that
uninstall both "flash players"
reboot system
then download and install a fresh copy of flash from here

if your using internet explorer you will get the option to download the tool bar also, it might be a good idea to leave that at least until you have found where the problem is.
Let me know how you get on
Tony

Check to see if you have Java J2SE Runtime Environment 5 Update 7 (or later) installed and also have a look for any pop-up / ad. blocking services are running: trying turning them off & see what effect it has. If it doesn't work then you could do this if you're confident:-
It is possible to download an uninstaller from Adobe then downloading Flash 9 and also Rename (that's 9) to something else and rename to
Cheers!
