Since the chat site made me upgrade my flash player 24/10/2011 my cam seems permanatly zoomed in.
Note this does not happen with any other app or other flash chat system that i use.
So seems there has been a bug introduced since the upgrade.

but using IE 8 and no current issues with Chat, appears as it always has - although now using the 64-bit rather than 32-bit version
Can you not zoom out in the Logitech settings then?
no lee,it zooms in fine but the zoom out just flickers but stays in the same works fine out side of our site.

deffo thgink 32-bit version of Flash the issue, np with 64-bit version and Pro 9000 all ok here
tried mine on 32 and 64 still not working :sad:
Maybe there's an issue with Flash 11 for some with that particular webcam, it maybe that Logoitech need to update their drivers to work with Flash 11 or that Adobe need to sort something out.
Would you be able to try it again with an older version of flash and let us know what happens;
l33 put a fix in earlier, so hopefully ok for everyone now
