does anyone else have this problem or is it just me i have tryed on giffgaff,02 and t mobile but still cannot access it i know it isnt my system as it works fine on normal broadband just not with a dongle the screen just stays white any help would be much appreciated

The last one is a support ticket for you to contact admin and they also have a wealth of experience with regard to chatroom access issues.

Check the 'Global Settings' and add as a 'trusted location'
Try launching the Chatroom in debug mode - link under the main Chat logon box.
Have you raised a 'Support Ticket'?

Warming the Bed
Most wireless network operators block certain sites (inc SH and some financial sites). Try calling your network provider and asking if they have any blocks in place on your account. They usually remove them without any fuss.
