Can't connect to the new chatroom....

Ok, sorry if I'm being daft here, but can someone help...
Everytime I try and connect to the new chat room it opens a new window and says 'Connecting...' then nothing happens.
Any ideas?

we have stopped using new chat rooms no sooner do we log in they just stop was wrong with old rooms?

Do you have a small yellow warning icon in the bottom left corner of IE? If so, there is some error causing it to fail for you. To help us track it down, could you let me know what version of IE you are using (Go to About menu, then click on Help), along with your operating system (Windows XP, Vista, 7...). Thanks.

Ok, here is the info you've requested:
I'm using IE8 with Windows Vista.
And yes, I just tried it again, and I do get a little yellow warning box in the left hand corner. The page says 'Done' and a box appears in the centre that says 'Connecting...' but it just hangs there, and doesn't load.
Any further help would be much appreciated!
