I have just rung my solicitor and the will be changed. You will be delighted to know that we will be leaving our AOL to you!
And isn't the old tv crap these days! Mind you I got as much response from that box as I do in teh chatroom sometimes!

Just to add to the list of pee'd off people, we're still no closer to getting back on chat as we're suffering from the same thing as everyone else has mentioned so far on here.

spoken to aol again, they say the fault is not their end. lol.
They say swinging heaven is not an aol registered site. So looks like we will be changing our provider.
And the reason others are in the chatrooms is because they are not with aol.
We do appreciate the help from Admin.
and hope to be chatting again soon.

if the problem isnt aohell then whos is it!!!!! it seems everyone that is avin probs is wi aohell and wats betting we av all had calls over the last week asking us to sign up wi them for another 18months and we av all said we will think about for one are not signing back up wi them we are in the process of changing

Met Sister Angelina as planned this afternoon. We are going out clubbing later. Never knew these nuns wore leather, pvc and crotchless knickers under their habits! Who cares about the chatroom!

And now I have woken up and still can't get in!
And yes Wakey I did get that call from AOL saying that as we were there best customers they would increase band size and reduce our costs per month if we signed up for another 18mths.
I did say that I thought speed was down to the capacity of the phone lines so it was a bit of a hollow guesture. I also said that given we were having so many problems I don't think I would want to commit to another 18mths. They said thanks and put the phone down... thanks for sorting teh probs out AOL!
I do appreciate the time and effort people from SH are taking to sort this out. But please...... fix it before I have to watch casualty tonight!!
I am in a mischevious mood and need to vent my spleen in the chatrooms. Cilla is off out running an Ann Summers Party tonight so I need some distraction.

deleted temp files ie cant ffind sh at all on aohell as some one else called it cant get on either

Ever since Friday we have not been able to get into sh on internet explorer. We can get on via aol but it will not let us into the chatrooms - any ideas please?
thought as much graham we recieved the call from aohell at the beginning of the week and told the kind helpful gent in the call centre somewhere in the out lands that we would not be signing up with them for a further 18months of hell and guess what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!yes he put the phone down, no thank you or anything lol
