Trying to access any of the SH pages through IE7 I eventually receive the "cannot be found" error message.
No problem acessing through AOL browser though. Anyone any ideas, as I prefer to use IE7?
Been using IE7 without a problem here for ages - must be something else.
You should use Firefox instead of IE, its more stable and user friendly than any IE.
is it jus me or is it the site,i cant access the chat rooms can anyone help pleaseeeeeeee
I can't access chat rooms either.......bloody frustrating innit !
sure is,everytime i try to go into a server it just greys out
It's definitely up and running. Try deleting your cache:
IE6 -
Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files.
IE7 -
Tools > Delete Browsing History
Firefox -
Tools > Options > Privacy > Clear Now..
AOL -
1. On the Settings menu on the AOL toolbar, click Preferences.
2. In the Organization section of the Preferences window, click Internet properties (WWW).
3. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Files.
4. Click OK.
Just checked, 800+ users happily chatting away.
have cleared browser history, internet cache and then went for gold and deleted ALL history including cookies.
after waiting 5 mins for the stupid log out thing to stop shouting at me cos i didnt log out ( how can u log out when u cant get in ffs) all i'm getting is the greyed out screen which kindly switches every so often from one greyed out server to another banghead evil
any ideas confused: i've even tried the back, forward thingy to make it work.
is it broke or is it just having a hissy fit with a few of us? lol
What browsers are you guys using?
I hope it isn't another AOL cache issue confused
we're on aol, tried deleting history etc through there but it wasnt having any of it so i did it through control panel.
cant u just kick it an see if it works then? lol
Can one of the AOL users with problems test the chat room in IE?
Thank you.

Thanks for trying Admin........done all that and still just a blank page. It looks like AOL is the cause. Any suggestions would be welcome. Missing you all !

Could you try loading up the site in IE for me please:
Sign onto AOL as normal then select the Start button (bottom left). Look through the Programs menu for Internet Explorer. Open this up and then log onto the site to test the chat room.
Thanks cool

It certainly looks that way admin.
Thanks for all your help and I really do hope the problem can be resolved.
Can you try the chat room now for me please.
The problem is AOL cache - we've had to rename the files so AOL doesn't provide the duff cache version and so you load the online version.
hi admin just tried it and still no luck
