Cant see text in chatroom

Hi all we have a problem in that when we are in the chatroom there is no text there.
When we post others can see it but we can't see anything.
Anyone help ?

Hi,
have you considered changing the font colour you type with or clearing all cache via internet options?
Are you on a Laptop/Ipad/PC/Tablet or mobile device ?

Hello, how do you know they're seeing you if you cannot see them?
What Browser and version are you using? What are you using to connect to chat? i.e tablet, laptop, mobile? home pc?
It may be a simple flash update, here is where that can be found.

Hit the Department drop down and slect the 'chatroom' option, keep the priority as medium and support will be along at some point (usually within 24hrs) to give you some help.

Hi we have asked other users to pm us if they can see our text which they have done.
We have also upgraded flash etc.
Thanks for the link to support we have got in contact with them
