Hi Elliot,
Cleared the cache, deleted all the temp files, shut down and restarted IE, cleared the cache again, logged on to the site and still getting the same 'blank' logon to the chatroom.

Also unable to enter chat rooms....Have also tried to open in same window....still no good. Have checked ADSL this end all ok. Think that thwere might be a problem with SH.

HI All,
We've found this issue, it is a problem with the latest chat update and an older version of IE9. We're putting a fix in now, however, we do advise all users on IE9 to frequently check the Microsoft site for updates to IE9 as its still in beta, they will be releasing new versions often.

I was just in the chatroom and a message came up that said I was timed out, have tried signing in again and a message appears saying Sorry, your session has timed out. Please use the original link to try again. can someone help please
