hi everytime i go into chat (any server) it is so slow and it wont let me write in the room
Your doing one better than me the chat server will not even load tonight. So glad i paid to use it NOT..
chatroom is working fine here. Maybe the problems you are experiencing are more local. ie your internet provider or your computer.
I'm not saying that they ARE the problem, but often individuals can't get into chat while the vast majority can.

Well I signed up and paid on Friday and it worked fine but Saturday and today, NOTHING. I have not changed anything my end but it just deosnt load when I click on Chatroom. What a waste of money that was.

I've been in and out of chat all day. All four servers. Everything here is working ok. dunno
i have noticed that sometimes i open a chat window and nothing happens .... just close it and reopen another window
sometimes i have had to do this 3 or 4 times before it opens properly
not a major issue just slightly irritating but definatly nothing to cancel my account over
Having reloaded my flash player, checked the port access through the security software and removed every mention of swingheaven from the registry, I have logged it with swingheaven as a fault at there end.

I find my pc has a mind of its own these days confused :? :?
Is the chatroom working properly? It asked me to install an active x control and now that i've done that it wont even try to load.

It’s a pity the so called tech support at Singheaven cant try being as helpful. Not had a single response to either emails or the fault ticket I submitted. I could get the fault ticket put to the top of their list if I pay another or to put it another way, throw good money after bad.
I have already been ripped off to the tune of my subscription, I am damned if I will throw more money at them just to get the service I have already paid for.. Rip Off Merchants. Potential New Members beware!

Without wishing to sound rude, there are a few things you might want to consider before being so barbed in your comments:
Admin don't work over weekends. If you only logged a fault on Saturday, it's likely they are still looking into it and will contact you about it. Offering an option to escalate your query for additional cost is simply that - an option, which you don't need to take up.
Some members experience problems specifically with the chatroom because of the settings their Internet Service Provider has put in place. SH has no control over these.
There are lots of things that can go wrong between your browser and the SH servers - it's not just a single piece of string with two ends and therefore it doesn't automatically apply that SH is at fault if you think your PC is working correctly.
The above are my personal opinion - I am not speaking on behalf of SH in any sort of professional capacity. But you may wish to just take a chill pill for a day or two and give Admin time to respond.
Lastly, being "ripped off" for your subscription presumably excludes the fact that you can obviously use the forums without difficulty......

(1) They have had all day to do nothing more than acknowledge the report, thats called customer service. Not so much as that has been done.
(2) It can't be service provider settings as it was working for the first 24 hours.
(3) Please don't assume talk down to people with comments like "its not just a single piece of string". I susspect I was building computers and administering networks long before you switched one on. Notwithstanding my knowledge and experience i am more than willing to learn from others and listen with interest to those who chose to try and help.
(4) Who do you think you are telling me to take a chill pill and wait for a few days. I decide what I will accept as a reasonable time to respond. If you are prepared to accept what I perceive to be poor service, go for it, but dont try and impose those lower expectations on me.
(5) Yes I can use the forum without difficulty. Are you saying that I should be content to pay a full subscription for a partial service ?. I can log into a hundred forum just like it for nothing. I paid for a full service and i expect to be provided that service, not part of it ALL of it. When I am not being provided with what I have paid for I reserve the right to demand it, just as I reserve the right to state my case as I see it.
have you tried accessing it through other explorer mediums apart from internet explorer ... what about firefox again you might need to install flash for this as well and make sure its flash player 10 (most up to date at this time) from

As Sara suggested, I can recommend trying a different browser. I was having so much trouble with chat using IE - another fantastic member here gave me helpful advice and sent me links to Mozilla Firefox and step by step help how to install and set up. I have less problems than I did (just have something wrong with my computer that I know about - basically its crap lol ).
Hope you sort it out soon as I know how frustrating it can be :smile:
