I needed a chat op last night.. Not one about from onwards. I mailed 2 off the list and those mails still haven't been opened. I understand Op's have there own lives too but its a bit outragous that none about on a Friday night.

Sorry to hear there were no chat ops around last night when you required one, there was an SH Social to which a number of the ops were attending,, myself included, matters will be dealt with .

Have you reported the person via the report profile button? If so, as well as looking for an Op, that problem would be able to be picked up by Admin or the mod team.
I just missed you on IM this morning - but had checked reports earlier and not picked anything up.
I'd always go for a report on all fronts approach - that's my advice. If we get duplicate reports then we can deal with that, but it multiplies the chances of someone picking it up speedily.
