Try clearing out the browser cache - what browser and version are you running? If you are unsure, just select Help > About.

I'm having same probs (started about 11am ) chat room not loading and saying done (using FF - V3). Cleared cache/cookies - done a defrag etc even a restore - still saying same.
Tried IE (V6) - same thing

tried in FF - logged me straight out of the site (thats been happening today when trying same thing too). Re logged in an tried again and chat page still not loading...

IE was/is slow to load - I thought it hadn't loaded first as it said done but screen was blank but gave it chance and it arrived eventually...
Have you tried clearing your cache?
No hope with FF at the mo - I messed with my computer redface
Now got it working - was meeeeeeeeeeee! lol
