is anyone else having problems with the chatrooms.
when you try to go from one room to nother it do show you any room to see the list you have to bok back into the server

I've been in chat on all three servers since 8pm and the only problem I've noticed is that on server 1, the room list box appeared empty apart from the home of the chatroom ops room. I logged onto server 2 and back to server 1 and the fault didn't reappear.
There are plenty of rooms with the normal volume of chatters dunno

If you go to "View Rooms" it will work the first time but it gets into a mess the second time, on any particular server.
As a work-around you need to renter the server (or change servers).
First start happening yesterday for yesterday.

Server 1 is randomly showing or not rooms that I know are there, most you can get to if you rejoin server 1, but then other rooms are not there

Was wondering that myself...seems to ahve been going on for a couple of nights now. Has anybody actually reported this to the site?

for several days now server 1 has had the problem where sometimes the list of rooms isnt showing sad

sorry to come in here but can anyone explain whats going on with server 1 its been going barmy for 3 days now..You cant go from room to room even rebooting the room doesny work now. Please can we get this sorted for the weekendxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

on server 1 ...to get to the room of your choice ...you have to get into the beach bar...then move onto the room you want ....it only works from the beach bar ...not the other admin rooms

also got the problem that wen i start a room on server 1 as i click to go in it i then get booted into server 2 !!
and also sometimes booted from the mids room on server 3 to server 1 !!

Does anyone know when the problems with swapping rooms in Server 1 is going to get sorted, it has bee like it for 5 days to my reckoning.

hi we just paid 50 pound to rejoin and cant use chatrooms we want on server 1 also cant open own room on any of the servers time 1am been going on for days now not getting on to server 1 if we cancel do we get back we paid last week as service is not been provided

Sorry to hear you are having problems, Have you submitted a support tickets? found over there <<< contact us.
Whilst admin do not work at weekends, they do read all the support tickets and offer advise.
I am sure a chatroom op might be along in a bit to offer other advise.

Sorry Sarah but that is not an excuse for server 1 to be having the problems it is.
If people are expecting a service maybe someone should be on call at the weekend? I am sure many members would like a free weekend?

If I could fix sever 1 then I would, :twisted: but with my teckkie ability rolleyes there are likely to be even more problems. lol :lol:
