chat room probs

is anyone else having probs getting into chat rooms it keeps saying i need to download flash player but been using chat room for about 2 years with no probs ..... any ideas? :shock:

Two years ago the chat system was based on java, and so flash was not required. Around 12 months ago, the java system was scrapped and the falsh system came into being.
So..... to answer your question, two years ago, you didnt need flash, now you do.
Latest version is pretty unstable mind.... see my other post in this forum.

thaks ian but i know it changed i was using the chat room right up to about 2 weeks ago then this prob started now cant get on at all i have even put new flash player on but still not working pam xx sad

Go onto this web page

In the Centre, Bottom of your screen you will find info about the version of flash you have installed. (It even tells you if its installed correctly).
Mine says
You have version 9,0,28,0 installed
You may also wish to check this web page

This gives you the details of the minimum specification of computer needed to run flash.

The system is a disaster at the moment. We keep going into nomansland when entering a chatbox on server the access to the servers 1 and 2 even though there are only a few people there is hard work. What has happended to the system ?javascript:emoticon(':twisted:')

Chat 3 has some problems displaying rooms at the moment but it is the least busy;
Server 1: 552, Server 2: 458, Server 3: 330
We will get chat 3 fixed but it probably won't be until the office opens.

I cant get into any of them ................... it says they are full?????
