as we pay good money to use this site its about time that the service was upgraded we are sick of slow service or lack of server use and all the other problems that aoccure on regular basis time after time, a simple easy to use site is better than trying to be clever we just want to use the site as intended at the mo its not fit for use NOW i am sure offence will be taken and we will be banned by admin if so will have to take legal steps to recover our subscription

but i think the point being made is in the last year how many days do you think we have had problems so far.......10?? 15 at a push...... out of 300-odd days so far???? so the obtaining your money back thru legal blah blah may be technicallly right..... but in the grand scheme of things it seems petty.........
there are other parts of the site that are working even when the chatroom is down... check out the forums.. heck even go an read the stories and go thru the ad's......

Unfortunately whatever we do things do go wrong sometimes and we do understand that people will get annoyed and complain, one of the reasons that we try to get things back to normal as quickly as we can.

but i wasn't answering any other post and i never looked at their profile, but to be honest my reply would still have been the same if i did, sorry but just because someone else may be rude doesn't mean we have to be, i'll give my opinion on the matter in hand whether people agree or not its just an opinion, we're not here to judge anyone, they obviously have problems with people contacting them without taking the time to read their profile/ads which in turn is also rude, although i don't condone their behavior either, but i do think its a bit ott posting comments from anybody's profile in the open forum regardless of what it says. I am a firm believer in treat others how you wish to be treated.

Sorry for not wording the ott correctly, we all like shortcuts sometimes, you seem to have a problem with their attitude and rightly so, but even went as far as admitting you probably wouldn’t have responded if they’d been polite in their posting, so there’s not much I can really say that will make a difference here, but the fact you say their calling people thick twats I don’t see, as that in terms is only a label and its only going to be people who think of themselves as thick twats its going to effect which in my opinion is none.
