Warming the Bed

Thanks for reply,I have clicked the link and downloaded Adobe flash V10,when I go to the help links on here it still tells me that I don't have Adobe flash installed! it also tells me that I am using old version of internet explorer where in fact I have the latest v8 installed and running. I opened a support ticket a few days ago but haven't received any reply as yet. Getting very frustrated...

I have the same problem , plus my cam dont work this is the third time its happened. I use firefox. I have updated flash player. my cam works every where else except here it works on msn , on , on cam4 , on hamster. I get it fixed I come back its the same problem , its ever since we got the new chat.

Whilst investigating/helping some friends who were encountering this issue we checked which version of Flash Player they were using
(You can do similar via )
In both instances we found that they were on older versions of Flash Player and as soon as they clicked the link off that web page to go to tthe Adobe Flash Player download centre or and installed the latest version, those issues have ceased to occur.
TOP TIP - If your Flash version is not the newer v10.1......
then I'd recommend downloading the latest version. However the tip is to un-tick the Include in your download option for Free Google Toolbar (optional) ( MB) as we've found from friends and family that this extra bit people have missed and downloaded has caused them lots of issues.
OR
If you see the message 'As you have an older browser....'etc, then you are running IE8 in 'compatability mode'.
Issue Resolution:
IE8 > Tools > compatability view settings = off
Restart IE8, log back on to the site , Chatroom , you should now see the twin logon's for the new Chatroom.
OR
Under My Account after
:: Home
:: Mailbox
etc. you'll see under Information one starting
:: Support
or alternatively straight to
http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/support-tickets/new-ticket.html
Please include Operating System, Browser used, Flash version information, together with whether accing Chat direct from the site or using the Desktop Chat version (which was updated by Support earlier today)
Also if a support ticket has been raised, please remember to go back to :: Support and check whether the support team have updated it and passed the ticket back to you with a possible solution or asking for more info
