chatroom log in

I am using IE9 and when I click the "enter chatroom box" instead of taking me to the chatroom, it takes me back to the home page.
I have raised a support ticket for this but they just closed it with no answer.
Anyone else got this issue ?

I'll raise a support ticket for you again and get them to take another look/peek at your account.
In the meantime it might be an idea if you tried it again but before you do clear your cache as things have changed a little and you may be seeing an older version?
At the same time as this what is your OS? and have you considered trying another browser as IE is now dead save for security updates, it's all Win 10 and Edge.... (still muck mind, much better is Mac)
