Chatroom shuts

Hiya I posted this in the first sticky thread but I don't think that was the right place so i am trying here too.
Having problems with the chatrooms here too. I am using firefox, but ater about 5 mins in, an error message popsup saying there is a problem with something like then the whole site shuts. I have updated my flash player, used IE and scoured google, all to no avail. It is really annoying, especially as this is one of the best parts of the site.
Anyone help?

There are lots of things that could be the cause so elimination is the best thing. Make sure Windows Update is working as is an integral system file which gets used & called by all sorts of things & applications. If you've done that, run virus checks since it does get attacked because of its importance. There's also the option of using your Windows disc (if you have one) and doing a repair.

Tried everything including a repair of windows and still no luck.
Our subscription wont be renewed if we dont find a solution

Yep Sarge is right (again) surprised

If you google you will find that it is quite a commmon problem and usualy a complete unistall of windows and then reinstalling it will fix it.
