If you have extras you can go in through the extras lounge and into sever 1.
Server 2 and 3 appear to be broken.

I have to say that this cheeses me off big time. We pay our fees and i'd expect the site to work! This site isn't a 2 man band and takes darn good money from us all. I would expect a team of people on duty to keep the servers running especially over a bank holiday when this seems to happen.
I love being on SH, but when this happens i become a very disgrunteled customer !
(when i try to log onto the chat rooms, room 2 is the server it takes me to and it's not working!)

Minxy - Im in full agreement with you , as Im sure many others are. If it was a free site, then fair enough, you can have no epectations. Of course , servers go down, but we pay a high price to use the site so users dont expect it to be down for so long.
Luckily I weent out for the day yesterday.. shouldnt we have all been out ? lol. But if I had been staying in , Id have been annoyed like the others.
On the plus side, I love the site , and the friends Ive made on here. Just get a few more hamsters for the computers will ya :lol:
Well, it's still not working and only server 2 is up and running. Thanks for the advice about clicking F5, much appreciated.
I do however uphold my complaint that this just wont do. There's no formal announcement, or updates that i can see on the site. As a customer who pays good money for the site I would expect that little curtesy. This always seems to happen around bank holidays and longer breaks. So why is there no back up system in place?

If you can't get in immediately, either use the extras lounge and then move to server one or two or try the F5 trick.
Whilst it's not ideal, everyone is entitled to a holiday weekend.

I'd imagine it'll be sorted tomorrow.
The F5 thing is when you load the chatroom... if you don't get in then press F5 and it will refresh the page and hopefully take you into server 1 or 2.
