Chatrooms, not much chat, why??

What is it with the chatrooms, there seems to be dozens of people in a room yet hardly any chatting goes on confused

Is there a special way to chat or something lol.

some people are shy!! confused

I think its just because they don't know how to initiate the conversation and arent as well known in the chatroom and are afraid of being ignored or havin the urine extracted!?

must admit i did find it hard to start talking in the chat amongst the regulars that knw each other i guess youjust got to bite the bullet, say a few hellos ask how everyone is, if its an open conversation join in,
then people talk to you its what ive found anyway

It can be hard to get started, we found it useful to lurk for a while, get the feel of the chatrooms.
Then just start with a simple:
Hi room
that usually gets a few replies from the friendliest people in the room and take it from there.
Can't stop curvy now, loves chatting lol

You may also find that whilst there is very little chat appearing on your screen, a lot of people will be chatting in Whispers. confused

I must admit i do find it hard to talk in the chatrooms. I find it easier to just sit and watch the gobby ones get on with it :twisted: innocent

we were the same in the chat rooms.
i used to just sit and watch.
and now i join in with the chat
just say hi to everone and they
will say hi back to you
the mids room is good and also the notts
and derby rooms are to.
go on give it a go lol
