connection

3 days ago all was working fine then tried to join new chat and message please wait while we connect you came up say authenticating but never opens can get into old chat no probs also if i launch desk top chat i can get into new chat that way but cant open profiles
any ideas ....i have just renewed my membership !!

Is it up to date?
What kind of Internet connection do you have (eg is it broadband or a 3G dongle)?"
