couple membership

Hi
We used to be able to both log on chat at the sametime on our joint login so long as we were in differnt rooms. Now as soon as the other logs on and goes into chat the first gets kicked out. Is anyone else experienceing the same problems?

Under any situation, cpls/singles etc, under the old system it was possable to login multiple times as long as you did not try to go into a room that you were already in, i did this oftem being in two chat servers at the same time.
The new system currently does not allow multiple logins at the same into the chatsystem as a whole, aparently they are working on a fix for this but from what ive seen some peeps have just created a second account for the purpose of multiple logins.

Yeah I started a thread about this a while back cos with the old system we could both go into chat but not in the same room. The response we got was that they would look into it when the new chat was being created. We found it easier (although expensive) to just open another account.

Yep, seem to remember posting in Fun's thread then about this issue. We'd love to be able to both chat in the same room using our couples account with extra's. But alas it's still not possible so we will continue to fight over the keyboard!
Can understand why Fun got their second account but we refuse to pay twice on the principle that we already paid for two people to be members with an upgraded account.
Fingers crossed it will be corrected one day.

i miss being able to be in more than one room, new chat doesnt allow that which i find annoying because on old chat i would usually be in 2 rooms at the same time
i have a single fem profile not a couples but i still like the option of being in more than one room mainly because being in 2 rooms makes it more interesting
i didnt pay for this membership and i wont be paying for another i just dont come on as often now sad

Looked back at the original Beta Chat Issues and Comments thread as knew I'd seen something about this issue

In response to a query about being in multiple chat rooms con-currently, Site Admin replied, "We always intended for users to get in the chat once, but we couldn't do this on the last chat due to a technical limitation, but with this one we can.
However, we do have the ability to let a user sit in several rooms at once in the same chat (you will have a tab per room), and we will be looking to follow up with this feature shortly after we launch version 1."

Think now it's just a case of waiting for Admin to roll out this feature
