Can I just say how annoying it is when creating a new room you then join the room you have created only to be bounced to another server!
Sometimes when that happens the server is full (frequently server 1) so then the chat crashes and if you try to log back in you getthe 5 mins warning about not logging out properly through no fault of your own.
I presume that why I am being bounced is because the name of the room I am creating is a place name. Yet I see others created without any problem ie wirrel, south wales, north east etc.
This seems unfair.
Thank you - I feel better now

You assume wrongly!!  lol
There is no problem with using place names and as you rightly point out there are many rooms named after places.
There is a certain amount of time after opening a room that you have to be in the room. After that time (don't know exactly how long it is!) the room will close automatically if it is empty.
Don't know if that helps! confused :? :?
thanks for reply
I am joining room as fast as a mouse click so dont see how I could join any faster!
Yes this does happen a lot, and I do think it's just because the server is full. And yes it is annoying, but I just go and make a brew and try again lol
Dunno if this helps but when opening a new room you can tell whereabouts on the room list its going to be as its alphebeical we all know that (i hope lol). Before you open a room get a cyber buddy to look out for it in a room under where your room will appear and join it as soon as it does. This will hold it for the vital moments until you get chance to get there.
I find it hard to get into the roo quick enough once you've created it! LOL! biggrin
