Please read the "Help" section on the left of your screen, under "Information".
If this doesn't fix your problem then submit a Support Ticket (from the Help page) giving as much information about what is and is not happening.

agreed you should do somthing about a problem but why not instead of moaning why not submit a support ticket and report the problem in the propper manner

Its also why there is a stickie at the top of the page for people experiencing problems with the chatroom..
If you have extras then going into chat via the extras lounge is better as you can choose the server you proceed to :thumbup:

Support ticket is the correct and best method to get the problems sorted, which is the reason why the site set it up. By all means post something in this forum, if only to check if others are having the same problem but still complete the ticket.
So if you are still having problems getting into server 1, please complete a support ticket so Admin can look at the problem (and if they do get 500 tickets, at least then they will know the extent of the problem and it will keep them out of trouble for a while why they are reading them).
I was under the impression that if more people submit tickets about the same issue then admin see how much of a priority it is and deal with it accordingly.
Not everyone uses the forums and even if they did, we'd end up with the first 3 pages full of all the exact same threads.
Why clutter up the forum when you can fill up admin's box?

I would have thought that with all the problems of late, someone from admin should have been aware server 1 was down anyway? I feel that posting it in the Forum there is a much better chance of an op or mod seeing the thread, and then checking the server, and then to contact admin. Which by the way was exactly what Fiona did the other day when someone told her a server was down....she contacted admin. Which was a lot faster than submitting a support ticket.

It doesn't alter the fact that we have a right to, and indeed should complain when the service we are getting is below par. So I would say submit a support ticket and post on here, let people know what problems you are having and what you have done about it. I doubt we will get 3 pages full of the same stuff.

ok i can agree to that but there is a sticky alredy for when the chatroom are not working properly so why not post in there and not make up a new thread??????

which may suggest that not everyone is having the same problems, therefore it's not a particularly high priority.
It's fact that most internet and pc issues are usually down to the user anyway ...

I'm not in a position to dispute that as I can't quantify what most is when not in posession of the facts, but then I wasn't the one who mentioned 3 pages of the same stuff in the first place.

I don't recall doing any whinging, but I did support a members right to complain.
no offence sarge, that's all very well but from what other people are saying, one problem keeps reocurring. While in the chatroom the screen fades but your cam is still on but the chat vanishes and you can't type anything. You have to "x" out and wait 5 mins to get back in. Also we keep being logged out of the site and have to log back in and it seems to be getting worse. It's not our pc as the same thing is happening on our new laptop to.
