right as a paying customer i expect a good service on swingingheaven.... but its not happening everyday now there are problems ( why ) can we please have some explanations admin. because this is not on... i have just paid for another years subscription like others have and what we get is a disgrace... and well im on this note... i see old customers dont have to pay to use this site and chat rooms... why is that and we are made to pay.??? but please let us all have a proper service. thats all we ask.. cause at the moment there are many angry customers on this site.. sick of it crashing all the time... give us answers.

I love this site most of the time , and have been on here for longer than I care to recall.
But why does the sit ekeep having connection and speed issues ?
We all use sites that charge no fee, have many more users, but never have issues.
