help - chatrooms | Swinging Heaven

Can't get into chatrooms - chatroom window does not load - just hangs blank.
Have raised ticket - comms test good, have been advised to try CTRL and f5, this doesn't work either - anyone suffered same prob and have got it fixed, all help appreciated

What operating system are you using?
I can't use the chat room either, but I'm running windows 98. There's a known issue with windows 98 and the chatroom. you need to upgrade to XP

I had been using windows 98SE for many months in the chatroom without any problems. You do NOT need to upgrade to XP (downgrade IMHO). lol. I did recently change my os to Windows 2000 for other issues, and it works fine with that too.

Thanks all -running XP, went into IE, tools , Internet options and delete files , I'm now back in the chatrooms , so if I see any of you I'll say hello and thankyou
