Would appreciate some help here guys...Have never had a problem getting into the chat rooms until today when i click to enter chat I get a secondary window up (Internet Explorer) and it says "Loading Interface user authorised Welcome Hornyannmarie-couple" but it then just hangs and does not load the server..would appreciate any assistance on this please

All I'm getting is the greyed out bit before chat loads properly... It won't load. Then if I try and click out of it, I get the "already there" bit...
Bah humbug... Will keep trying till it works or I get cheesed and go to bed.

And its been this way for months now.
The problem members seem to have accessing the chatrooms has never been address or it would not continue to happen day in day out.
Im sure the site ops,owners etc are sick of reading people complaining about the same thing but nothing changes.
Just accept that nothing will be done accept the taking of new members money and in return a shoddy service.
And before people start having a go im entitled to an opinion and all im doing is stating facts.
To many members are having the same problems with the setting up new fancy rooms Fix the old ones first.
