help required - can't get into chatroom

I get a message
auth failed undefined, i've tried switching off my zone alarm security, but still get the same message - any help would be much appreciated please make me biggrin

Thanks - unfortunately hasn't worked, the only thing that I can look forward to tomorrow is Ireland beating Wales @ rugby, hopefully I'll have a big biggrin
