Help Wanted: No sound Using Cam

Hi there,
Just wondered if anyone can throw some light on our problem.
We can use our cam off the S.H. site and the cam and sound work perfectly, however, when we go on to the S.H site and click 'allow cam' the cam performs and transmits OK but no sound is transmitted. We have tried everything and anything to sort this problem but to no avail. :cry: Any thoughts ?

Are you selecting the microphone icon to "on" in the "my video" window? Also, have you got a separate microphone to the cam? Some microphones built in to the cam don't seem to work with SH (but do with messenger, for example). I read a thread elsewhere that separate microphones work best.
