Help...can't see the chat!!

Please, can anyone tell me why I can't see any of the messages, including those i post, in any of the chat rooms and why the headings in the little boxes (eg view user's profile) are missing?
Also, when I do view a user's profile I lose the chatroom altogether, rather than the profile opening in a new window.
It's rather annoying, to say the least!
All suggested solutions gratefully received.

I have given this a great deal of thought and have come to the conclusion that ......................................... I don't know!! confused

I have known a few people mention this in the past but it seems to be temorary, and I would guess it is a problem at your end as there were thousands of people chatting away whilst you were having this problem.
I am sure that some Boffin will be along soon to give you a much more useful explaination than I can, but at least I have bumped it up the forum for now!! :? :? :? lol

Thanks Sgt. Figured the problem may be mine and will just have to try and figure it out myself.
By the way, are you actually a fan of the great man (Silvers - Bilko). Do you know the episode where a chimp is enlisted to Bilko's troop? Silvers is masterful.

Dont tell Sarge I told you this but that isnt really his face, the hand and the boobs are real, but he stole the face pic, but keep it quite, it is a big secret wink

That has happened to me sometimes too. You could try right clicking on an area away from the main chat window and choosing back and then click play. That seems to solve the problem biggrin

The most common reason for not seeing the chat is that the pc does not have flash player 8 or higher installed,fixed a few pcs for the members on here with the same problem.
Flash player 8 can be downloaded free by typing flash player 8 into your serach engine and downloading. smile

you need flash player 9 or above for it to run at full speed.

Try going into your control panel then add remove programs then remove flash player, then install the latest one and thats flash play 9 at the moment.
download it from here

If its still blank after that, check your firewall settings ain't to high.
