why do I get disconnected every 4 to 5 mins, I am sick to death of keep logging back on and losing people I am talking to

Yes, please file a support ticket as it is easier to keep track of than in the forum. Alternatively, please can you let me know what browser you are using? Is it up to date? What kind of Internet connection do you have (eg is it broadband or a 3G dongle)?

Hi chat still comes up saying authenticating but never opens in this account i do use another old single person account on the same laptop with the same connection and it works ok but boots me every 5 muinets i use 3g dongle.
