Do full members experience the problems with the chat rooms that free memebers have....i.e like last weekend when the servers just kept on freezing and not letting us in for several hours? We would just like to know if paying makes any difference.
To intimate that being a paid up member affords you a better level of service i.e. being able to connect to the chatrooms when free members cannot is ridiculous to be honest..
I didnt think you could get into the chatroom or post in the forums unless you were are full member anyway dunno
Only interested that's all! You know just asking...what one usually does in forums smile

Steve you do get a better level of service if you are an Extras user as you can enter chat via the extras lounge and then pick a server. I would imagine that it's very useful when one or more of the servers are playing up. Maybe however with the new chatroom that will be a thing of the past?

But it has no bearing on the conectivity does it...
Just because a person cannot connect to the chatrooms is not connected to if they are extras members or not...
I have had my fair share of times when I cannot connect..
Well it does because if a server is down you cannot conenct to the chatrooms as you automatically get dropped onto the down server. If you are an Extras user you can conenct to the extras lounge and then connect to the server of your choice.

Are you sure? Last weekend Extras users could get connected whilst non-extras users could not. Paying for Extras does make a difference under those circumstances

That was just last weekend and not normal service.
The answer to graysal's question...
Under normal service extra members "don't" get any less problems than a normal member no.
The intention as of this moment in time is all paid members get equal access to the chat room.
If the extra's lounge would be down then that would only affect extra's members wouldn't it?
