I'm afraid there are some bugs in the system from the site overhaul/upgrade on Monday, sorry about that.

It will settle down and things are gradually returning to normal but it is going to take a little time.

Yup, seems like things are down for me too.
Each time I try going it to chat, it won't connect. I also keep getting a '502 Bad Gateway' message when I click on every page - have to keep refreshing it to make it work.
I'm sure all will be fixed soon (he said with fingers crossed lol).

It seems to me there has been problems every night since the "upgrade".

What answer would you like? Clearly the site hasn't been up to speed this past week, the weekend wasn't clever, but the site had an upgrade a week ago, not all went to plan (as most upgrades seem to pan out) and thing were skewy, in the meantime members were posting their experiences, some of which have now been resolved, some have not but through it all the site admin have been working behind the scenes, weekend etc in trying to work out what gives and here we are a week on, the site is quicker, the upgrade is still in place and site functionaliity seems better tonight?
In real terms Hardware failure/Software conflict? is all the issue will be but the fact we're still up and online and things are gradually improving tells you they're on the case.

Use that ^^^^^ link and raise a Support Ticket, make sure you let them know what phone you're using, what browser you are using, is it the desktop version that you are trying to use or the mobile version of chat??
I'm sure if you send the details in the techies will look into it and sort the problem ASAP for you and any other member that is having problems along the same line.
