wasnt working last night, still not working this morning. Admin need to sort it out why when you try to enter chat these days, you automatically get directed to server 1 and not one of the other servers as it used to do. Its no wonder why theres loads of rooms on server 1 and hardly any on server 4.
Seems the same this morning, quite tiresome . Obviously there are glitches with everything technical now and again but tbh this is a paysite and we all have to pay our membership fees . I would assume that it would be abit better maintained than simply just crashing all the time . It seems to be a problem that happens quite alot . I also suggest it would be helpful to members if when the site crashed for whateer reason someone could indicate thats the chat isnt working rather than have half the membership deleting cookies and updating their browsers etc to see if it is their computer at fault when all the time its the SH site thats down .
As I said previously considering its a pay site it isn't looked after very proffessionally in my opinion and could do with some full time maintenance .

It is on a monday morning...... It was the weekend for everyone yesterday not just you or me meaning you dont work 24/7 and neither does admin/the technicals people and there is plenty other parts of the site other than chat

I am paying to have 24/7 access to the chat rooms so the technical people should be working 24/7. If they are not working 24/7 to solve any problems then it should be stated on the site.

and you can understand a tecnical problem putting the chatrooms down for a while but the length of time this has been down is rediculous.....and it seems everyones being directed to buy extras if they want to get in!!surely this isnt a ploy to get people to spend money...its the 'la crunch' for god sake...
im pretty sure its a simple fix to re-direct anyone logging in chat to one of the other servers......
