From late afternoon seems that people who logged into Chat are getting booted / timed out on a regular basis.
However those on from early afternoon are staying connected.

GGGGRRRRRRR keep getting booted when in middle of a convo, saying timed out for inactivity ... wtf .... in middle of a convo ?????
And I thought it was just me!!!!
I have been in chat for about half an hour and have been booted 5 or 6 times. It says my session was disconnected due to inactivity but I was mid conversation every time.
I do think the whole timing out thing is a great idea IF it works ... it obviously doesnt.
SH chat has been fucked up for weeks now (since the multi-room chat started) Freezing every 20 mins was bad enough but now this!!!! :twisted:
I have just expereinced the same problem. (luckly i wasnt mid tarting)
i will forward the issue onto admin for them to look into furhter.
been booted loads this afternoon when is the chat going to be sorted once n for all
Why is looking at profiles classed as inactive?

It was ok earlier in the day, but since I logged out for something to eat etc and logged back in again, I'm having the same problem.
this is getting beyond a joke now how can you be inactive when your having a conversation in the chat room this really needs sorting out

Kicked out 3 times in 25 minutes,even when not seem right.
4 times in 32 minutes,ridiculous,why is this happening,noticed problems when camming too.
still happening seems to me prices gone up and it as all gone to pot xx

to who ever this concerns could we please have some answers to this problem and why we are being booted all the time . iys getting a joke now and peeps like myself PAY a lot to use this site. and all we seem to be getting is very poor service. at least let us know if your having problems please instead of messing all peeps about.
and well im on this discussion could i please ask as i pay like other peeps do a year a lot of money to use this can we have some kind of refund or at least give us some time free when we repay for next payment.

Just a total piss take , site has had more issues than ever lately, def not renewing
no one listens, cos no one cares
This site gets worse and they put the prices up, nice, fecking awful customer service and probably no apology and no offer of discount for long term and nightly users of the site.I understand they are 'improving' the site but why should we have to pay to debug the glitches that occur when they do this.
